We’ve Done it Before

Previously we’ve posted coloring pages featuring different popular breeds, including the Bull Terrior & the Pug as well as Great Dane & Spaniel. But this time it’s all about the wild cousins and we’ve found some fantastic wolf line drawings that are just begging for some color.

We had so much fun creating our funny dog sign post that we had to keep the torch burning through part 2. Don’t worry, we’re pretty sure there will be a part 3 too.

Silly Dog Lovers

We found signs from around the globe (although most of pt 2 looks American to us) but they all have one thing in common – they made us giggle. So we’ve collected them to share & we’ll continue to stash them away as we run across more.

They just go to show that dog lovers like a heaping dose of humor when it comes to their animals.

To Much Fun

There is just something about a funny sign, put there to convey a message (even about poop) with a smile. Be sure to check out part 1 and stay tuned for more to come.

Dogs are most definitely among the clowns of the animal world, their natural exuberance and complete lack of self-awareness provides just the right mix of unrestrained silly.

Animals Resemble Their Owners

We like to think that means dog owners have a sense of humor too and some of the signs below prove this theory beyond a shadow of doubt. Regardless what language they are in, each one conveys it’s meaning in simple, direct terms (and often with the best imagery).

Some of them are more subtle than others, but they are all in good fun and show the amiable spirit of animal lovers.

We look through a lot of dog images and those that strike us as interesting get stashed away for future posts. This is perhaps one of our favorite posts so far, simply because it’s such an unlikely story.

Strange Creatures

Dogs are, by nature, alert & territorial animals. They like to be in a position that allows them to see the landscape around them so they can effectively protect their territory. Although at first it seems like such a strange place to find a dog, they look quite at home on rooftops of all shapes & sizes.

So their presence on the roof actually makes sense in a strange way – what better place to watch for the mailman?

Really Now…

It’s no wonder dogs enjoy hanging out on the roof, some of them have the best view in town. Something makes us think that dogs are a lot smarter than we give them credit for! There is just something about a great dog image, and catching them in motion is even better. Several weeks ago we posted about dogs in motion and we found even more active images to share.

Whether they are roughing each other up, chasing a wave or acting like a tough guy, dogs provide us with hours of entertainment.

The photographers below did a great job of capturing the movement of their subjects, telling a story with a single shutter snap.

So Much Motion

Dogs are high energy animals and most breeds are meant to cover quite a bit of ground on a daily basis. Or in other words, motion is a dog’s middle name.

Their high spirits and fun-loving attitude makes them ideal subjects for action photography. Here are some fun pictures of dogs in motion, from jumping to running to playing, they are always having a good time.

Catching them in mid-flight isn’t easy, but almost always guaranteed to be a fun adventure.

We think all dogs & people are beautiful creatures and the bond each pair shares is unmistakable. This series of posts was a lot of fun to do, stay tuned for more doggy fun to come.

Ironically enough we see a lot of men with wimpy dogs and women with tough ones. Of course the ladies tend to believe that dogs are woman’s best friend, not man’s & these women prove this fact.

There is something sexy about a big, tough dog at one end of the leash and a cute girl at the other.

But, What About The Boys?
